To explore the four patterns of behaviour which people use when communicating:
Submissive behaviour
Aggressive behaviour
Passive-Aggressive behaviour
Assertive behaviour
Learn how to identify these behaviours in both self and others
Learn the non-verbal aspects of submissive, assertive and aggressive behaviour
Understand the 'trigger points' that lead into negative patterns of communicating
Find the skills to disarm 'aggressive' situations
Learn useful techniques to make your decisions and beliefs heard
DAY 2
Learn how to say 'no' without being aggressive
Learn the 'five vital ingredients' in any assertive process
Learn stress relieving techniques
Learn active listening techniques
Practice using your own real situations
Create personal development plan
