After the sessions, I was able to discuss with Ms Sinclair the areas that I needed to concentrate on in the team and the areas that are working well were highlighted. Ms Sinclair gave me a lot of support before, during and after the sessions and I do feel that I could contact her in the future, if necessary. Ms Sinclair is very intuitive and has a great deal of insight and made sure she got to find out each member of the team personally. I could not recommend her highly enough for a team-building exercise.
