About Us
Our Passion
We are passionate about designing and delivering training which truly inspires people to change and develop. Our aim is to enthuse, energise and educate people we train.
We use creative and innovative techniques informed by our work as performers and grounded in our training as therapists. We use a blend of theatre and therapeutic skills to design and lead unique training programs.
We aim to bring together the dynamism of the theatrical approach with the power of psychological insight. We are also careful to make our work totally relevant to our clients' business and full of easy to use skills and techniques.
We have worked as training consultants for twelve years with a variety of different clients, from big corporations, such as Easyjet, to Government initiatives, such as Sure Start and Connexions. Valuable experience was gained with Easyjet where we trained over 800 staff over a three year period
The method of training
We use creative and innovative techniques informed by our work as performers and grounded in training as therapists.
Through experience we have developed an approach which speaks to all learning styles and incorporates solid established theories, such as T.A and MBTI, with experiential, creative techniques.
This makes them not only enjoyable and enlightening but also effective and practical.
