Creative EDGE uses a blend of theatre and therapeutic skills to design and lead unique training programs.
Why is Creative EDGE unique?
Some companies employ actors, some companies employ counsellors and Consultants, Creative EDGE combines both of these approaches.
With actors, you play games, do role-plays, improvise and enjoy dynamic practical workshops. They offer an inspirational hands-on approach. You are left stirred up but you may not know how to apply what you learn to your everyday working life.
Consultants and counsellors bring in psychological theories and offer practical solutions. However they can feel too intellectual and dry for real change to be engendered.
