STAFF DEVELOPMENT DAY COURSE
“For a team to work well, people must want to work together. Without that, you have nothing’
(chairman, Asda)
We’ve all had an experience of a group of people working well together, whether in a sports team, putting on an event or working with a group of friends.
You feel energetic and enthusiastic and you can’t wait to get to work. You feel supported and valued, you take creative risks and great work is achieved. What turns a group of individuals into a team? How do you create commitment to a shared vision?
